Shipping policy
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders ship from our third-party fulfillment partner in California.
Shipping options and rates
Choose a shipping option at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: $6.99, estimated 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: $14.99, estimated 2–3 business days
- Free Standard Shipping: on orders of $100 or more, estimated 3–7 business days
The shipping options and costs shown at checkout apply to your order. Applicable sales tax may be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, and other events outside our control can affect delivery.
Your shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We can’t be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package comes back to us because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, additional shipping charges may apply to send it again.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us at bchoi@bkplustrading.com with your order number. For damaged items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos. We may also ask for photos of the packaging or shipping label. If we confirm that your order was lost or damaged in transit, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
