Welcome to KSTYLESHOP. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of our website and purchases made through it. KSTYLESHOP is owned and operated by BKPLUS TRADING, INC., a Connecticut corporation (“KSTYLESHOP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our posted Privacy, Shipping, and Refund Policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase products.

2. Online Store

KSTYLESHOP offers beauty, skincare, haircare, personal care, wellness, and related products, including products sourced from or manufactured in South Korea. Products are currently offered for sale and delivery within the United States only, subject to availability, shipping restrictions, and applicable law. Customers in any U.S. state may order products that may legally be sold and shipped to their destination. We may refuse or cancel orders where required by law, fraud is suspected, products are unavailable, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible.

3. Eligibility

By using this website and placing an order, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or are using the website with the authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, sizes, colors, specifications, prices, and other information. Packaging, labeling, ingredients, colors, designs, and other characteristics may differ from website images or descriptions due to manufacturer updates, product improvements, packaging changes, display settings, photography, or other factors. We cannot guarantee accurate display of colors on your device. We may modify information or discontinue products without prior notice.

5. Beauty, Cosmetic, and Wellness Products

Information concerning cosmetics, skincare, haircare, personal care, wellness products, patches, and similar items is provided for general informational and commercial purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise and legally authorized, website statements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease or a medical condition. Individual results may vary. Review ingredients and instructions before use and discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional when appropriate for allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or other health concerns.

6. Prices

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. The price charged will generally be the displayed price when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or typographical errors. Promotions and discounts may have separate terms, expiration dates, exclusions, and minimum purchase requirements.

7. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax may be calculated and collected at checkout based on the shipping destination and applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Tax may vary by location and product. Customers remain responsible for governmental charges that are legally their responsibility.

8. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate business reasons, including unavailable products, incorrect prices or information, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, shipping restrictions, customer information errors, unusually large quantities, suspected resale activity, or legal compliance. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the appropriate amount to the original payment method.

9. Order Cancellations and Changes

Customers may request cancellation before an order has shipped or entered final fulfillment. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee cancellation or modification once fulfillment begins. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and are subject to the Refund Policy. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.

10. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only, including through third-party fulfillment partners in California. Standard Shipping: $6.99, estimated 3–7 business days. Express Shipping: $14.99, estimated 2–3 business days. Free Standard Shipping: qualifying orders of $100 or more, estimated 3–7 business days. Shipping prices, thresholds, carriers, services, and estimates may change; options and charges shown at checkout control the order. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, disasters, holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, and events beyond reasonable control may affect delivery.

11. Shipping Address

Customers must provide complete, accurate shipping addresses. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or added costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

12. Lost or Damaged Shipments

For an order lost or damaged in transit, contact bchoi@bkplustrading.com. We may request photographs of products, packaging, labels, or other information reasonably necessary to investigate. If we determine the order was lost or damaged in shipping, we may provide a refund or other appropriate resolution.

13. Returns and Refunds

Returns are restricted for hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons. We do not accept returns or issue refunds solely because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants the item, ordered the wrong item, or dislikes the product. Refund requests for defective, damaged-on-arrival, or incorrectly shipped products must be submitted within 30 days after delivery to bchoi@bkplustrading.com with the order number, description, and clear photographs. Opened or used products generally are ineligible unless defective or damaged when received and we approve the claim. For approved claims, we cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required. Do not return items without instructions. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; allow approximately 7–10 business days after processing for funds to appear, depending on the financial institution. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

14. Payment

Payment must be authorized before processing. Accepted methods appear at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize us and our payment providers to charge the disclosed purchase amount, taxes, shipping, and fees. Transactions may be processed by third-party providers, including services offered through Shopify.

15. Inventory and Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Displayed items may become unavailable before inventory is updated. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders for unavailable products. Amounts already paid for unavailable items will be refunded to the original payment method.

16. Promotions and Discount Codes

Offers, coupons, discounts, and codes may have additional conditions. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively. We may modify or discontinue promotions subject to applicable law.

17. Intellectual Property

The KSTYLESHOP name and content owned by BKPLUS TRADING, INC., including website design, graphics, text, photographs, product presentation, logos, and trademarks, are protected by intellectual-property law. Third-party intellectual property remains its owners’ property. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

18. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website unlawfully; violate federal, state, or local law; infringe intellectual-property rights; transmit malicious code; unlawfully collect personal information; engage in fraud; interfere with site operation or security; or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

19. Third-Party Services

Our store may use third parties for hosting, payment, shipping, fulfillment, analytics, fraud prevention, and other functions. The online store is powered by Shopify. Certain services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.

20. User Accounts

If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe an account was accessed without authorization.

21. Reviews and User Content

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, feedback, suggestions, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, threatening, obscene, or rights-violating material. Subject to applicable law and any additional submission terms, you grant us permission to use submitted content to operate and promote the business.

22. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs collection, use, and disclosure of personal information. Information may be processed by providers needed for store operations, payments, fulfillment, fraud prevention, customer support, and other legitimate functions, subject to applicable law.

23. Errors and Inaccuracies

The website may contain errors or omissions concerning descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping costs, delivery estimates, or availability. We may correct and update information. If an error materially affects an existing order, we may contact the customer with appropriate options consistent with law.

24. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free access. Products remain subject to expressly provided manufacturer warranties and rights that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing excludes or limits non-waivable rights or remedies.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BKPLUS TRADING, INC., KSTYLESHOP, and their officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use or product purchase or use. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

26. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BKPLUS TRADING, INC. and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and service providers against claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

27. Governing Law

These Terms and transactions are governed by Connecticut law and applicable federal law, without regard to Connecticut conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise. Consumers may also have mandatory rights in their states of residence. Nothing waives rights that cannot legally be waived.

28. Disputes

Before formal legal proceedings, we encourage customers to contact bchoi@bkplustrading.com to seek resolution. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, disputes may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Connecticut. Nothing restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be restricted by contract.

29. Severability

If a provision is unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed as necessary, and remaining provisions will remain effective.

30. No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive that provision or any other right.

31. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in practices, products, services, website, or law. Updated Terms will appear on this page with a revised Last Updated date and apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.

32. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and other website policies, constitute the agreement concerning website use and purchases.
